Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and ensuring that their use of our services complies with all applicable legal and ethical requirements.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and deliverables provided to clients are the intellectual property of ClegLex, LLC unless otherwise agreed. Clients retain ownership of their original documents and data.
6. Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon proposal or service agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional charges or service suspension.
7. Limitation of Liability
ClegLex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying for services rendered up to that point.
